Ingredients: Ocimum basilicum (from steam distillation of flowering plant)

Recommended uses: 
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 3-5 drops of essential oil. 
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to diffuser, as desired. 
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale. 
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 4-6 drops of essential oil. 
Mist – Use 10 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray. 
Topical – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
